I think you've misunderstood my comment: Ishiiruka would ultimately just not be a factor once the mainline-Slippi beta build becomes the official Slippi build (whenever it happens, there is no official ETA). That is effectively the rebased version.

These are already usable via the Slippi Launcher, etc. on Slippi Dolphin uses GTK on KDE Plasma (Qt Desktop) whilst Upstream uses Qt 2 weeks ago
Ishiiruka (the fork that Slippi's stable build uses) is old and uses GTK via wxWidgets - nothing is being translated.

Yeah, it's most likely that the NSURLRequest that the Action has needs to be retained.

You could tweak src/webview/action.rs absolute_url to call retain rather than from_retained, would likely fix it. If it does, feel free to PR it. on _action.request.absolute_url() exit with segmentation fault error 3 weeks ago
